HWR Life members and Victrix members who have received an invitation are invited to join the Chairman in the Clubhouse at the Chairman’s Enclosure for breakfast on Sunday 18th June from 10am-11am. Places must be booked in advance.

Guests are required to adhere to the Chairman’s Enclosure Attire and Code of Conduct

Cancellation of your order If you change your mind after placing an order please contact us as soon as possible. However all meals ordered for the Chairman’s Enclosure will be charged for if cancelled after the beginning of June.

Please note emails to chairmansenclosure@hwr.org.uk will not be answered while the Regatta is in progress. We look forward to seeing you.
