Only Friends and their guests can pre-book lunches for the Regatta. Beverages can be purchased from the bar at the Chairman’s Enclosure. Online bookings close on Wednesday 17th June at 12 noon.

Luncheon is served from 12.00 noon – 1:00pm and 1:30pm -2:30pm (Friday-Saturday) and 12:30pm – 1:30pm on Sunday

We advise you to book in advance to guarantee your booking. There are a limited number of places available for purchase on each day of the Regatta at £35. So, if you do decide to book on the day it is better to do so early in the day, in person, at The Chairman’s Enclosure with one of the Event Team (Louise Wymer or Kate Russell). Please note emails to chairmansenclosure@hwr.org.uk will not be answered while the Regatta is in progress. We look forward to seeing you.
