Friend of HWR
Being a Life Friend of HWR puts you at the heart of the regatta experience every this year – with access to the Chairman’s Enclosure at the finish – and also helps to secure the regatta’s future.
Entry fees alone do not cover the cost of hosting this amazing event – but by becoming a Life Friend you are enabling the next generation of female rowers to experience the unique thrill of racing here.
There is no waiting list and anyone can become a Life Friend.
What you get as a Life Friend of HWR
- Access to the Chairman’s Enclosure at Remenham Club plus a guest badge for each day of the regatta
- An enamel HWR pin badge each year
- A souvenir programme with your name in it
- Access to bookings for lunch and afternoon tea
- Option to book parking at Remenham Club
- Livestream viewing area to watch what is happening elsewhere on the course
- Newsletter updates.
Life friends can collect their badges at the reception desk on arrival at the Chairman’s Enclosure. The card or metal pin badge must be worn at ALL TIMES in the Enclosure and shown on arrival each day.
Lifetime Friends of Henley Women’s Regatta are also invited to join the Chairman Naomi Ashcroft and the Henley Women’s Regatta Ambassadors in the clubhouse at the Chairman’s Enclosure for an informal breakfast on the Sunday of the regatta from 10-11am (booking required).
You can become a Life Friend of HWR at any time of year – don’t wait till June!
Please note that from 2026, ‘Annual Friend’, as a way of accessing the Chairman’s Enclosure, has been replaced by 3-Day and 1-Day Tickets. Find out more >>
