Travel and Parking
Car and trailer parking
Henley Women’s Regatta has a single car park for competitors (including minibuses and trailers, and vehicles carrying boats), spectators and volunteers.
It MUST only be accessed via Gate A (see map).
DO NOT PARK in the local lanes (Remenham Lane, Remenham Church Lane, Remenham village or Aston Lane) at any time. This will be enforced for the whole of the Henley Women’s Regatta week. Respecting our neighbours and the narrow lanes in Remenham village is crucial to the future of our regatta.
Compliance with parking requirements is a condition of entry. Any club whose competitors, coaches or supporters fail to adhere to the parking requirements may be excluded from the 2027 regatta or have racing penalties applied. They also may be excluded from future regattas.
You will require an e-ticket to use the car park. These can be booked up to and including the day you are attending the regatta. If you arrive without an e-ticket you will need to book one online to gain access. Cash payments are not accepted.
Towing vehicles will be supplied with appropriate hanger on arrival free of charge – this includes cars carrying boats for use during the regatta. There is a charge of £24/day or £58 for all three days +5% booking fee (2026 prices) for all other competitor and spectator vehicles. Book by 25 May and save 10%!
Volunteers’ parking arrangements will be co-ordinated by their team leader.
Overnight stays in motorhomes is not permitted in the car park. Local campsites are available.
A number of gazebo pitches can be booked. Gazebos must not be erected anywhere else in the car/trailer park.
The car park is operated by our partners Copas Remenham Farm.
Do not leave valuables in your vehicle. Neither Copas Remenham Farm nor HWR accept any responsibility for vehicles or property in the car park.
There is a Priority Parking area within the car park for Blue Badge holders – no additional ticket is needed. Disabled access information >>
Car parking for para rowers
Para rowers may have designated parking at Upper Thames Rowing Club depending on accessibility requirements. Please contact entries@hwr.org.uk to arrange this in advance.
