Chairman's Enclosure

Please note that a Friends Membership or Guest Badge is required to book a Lunch or Tea or gain entry to the Enclosure.

Friends will be able to collect Friends and Guest badges at reception upon arrival. The relevant badge must then be brought by each person every day to gain access to the Enclosure.

Previous winners of Henley Women’s Regatta are most welcome to join us in the Chairman’s Enclosure on Sunday from 11:00 to have a look around and enjoy the venue.

By becoming a Friend of the Regatta you are also supporting the regatta financially, ensuring its long-term survival, as well as securing yourselves the prime spot for enjoying the regatta and supporting crews as they cross the finish line.

Friends can pre-book lunches and/or afternoon tea during the regatta and invite guests to join them. Bookings are required. There will be limited availability for walk-ins on the day.

A two-course summer luncheon is served over a choice of sittings: 12.00–1.00pm and 1.30pm-2.30pm (Friday andSaturday), 12:30pm Sunday

Please include any specific allergies or dietary requirements on the booking form. To help allocate a seating plan please indicate if you are supporting a specific crew or club. The menu is:

Afternoon tea is served at 3:30pm (Friday and Saturday) and 3pm (Sunday) and is £27:50.

Tea, coffee, pastries and bar drinks can be purchased from the bar at the Chairman’s Enclosure from 9.00am.

A bar service is available throughout the day from 10.30am to the last race.

HWR Life Members are invited to join the Chair Naomi Ashcroft and the HWR Ambassadors  in the Clubhouse at the Chairman’s Enclosure for an informal buffet breakfast on Sunday 22nd June from 10am-11am. Places must be booked in advance. Chairman’s Breakfast
