Crews and supporters are invited to the International Crew Reception, which is held on Thursday 19th June 2025 at The River & Rowing Museum. The museum is situated in the heart of Henley in Mill Meadows, approximately 500m upstream of Henley Bridge. Parking is available.
Arrival of guests is from 5:30pm, with speeches at 6:30pm and the option to book onto the Pasta Supper running from 7:00-9:00pm. The dress code is smart casual/rowing blazers (no rowing kit please).
This very popular event to welcome our overseas crews is hosted by HWR Chairman, Naomi Ashcroft, multiple HWR winner and former world champion, and is a chance for you to mingle with other international participants and truly enter the spirit of the regatta.
Numbers are limited. Tickets always sell out weeks in advance so please book your crew in as soon as you have your numbers confirmed. There is no charge for overseas competitors and each crew is able to bring one coach free of charge. Places for the Crew and Coach must be booked in advance using this form
