Being a Friend of HWR puts you at the heart of the regatta experience this year – with exclusive access to the Chairman’s Enclosure at the finish – and also helps to secure the regatta’s future. Entry fees alone do not cover the cost of hosting this amazing event – but by becoming a Friend you are enabling the next generation of female rowers to experience the unique thrill of racing here.
What you get as a Friend of HWR
- Access to the Chairman’s Enclosure at Remenham Club plus a guest badge for each day of the regatta (not included in Under 23 membership)

- Live streaming viewing area to watch what is happening elsewhere on the course
- ‘Two for the price for one’ on Umpire Launch tickets

Choose your Friend membership package
The financial and passionate support from our Friends is very much appreciated by the Regatta and we have different Friend membership packages to suit:
Friend of HWR 2025 (£150)
Lifetime Friend of HWR (£1000)
Lifetime Friends give extra support to the financial future of HWR and if you’re a regular visitor, this option ‘pays for itself’ within seven years.
Lifetime Friends of Henley Women’s Regatta are also invited to join the Chair Naomi Ashcroft and the Henley Womens Regatta Ambassadors in the Clubhouse at the Chairman’s Enclosure for an informal breakfast on Sunday, 22 June from 10am-11am.
Under 23 Friend of HWR 2025 (£35)
We encourage younger spectators to support the Regatta by offering them a reduced price Friend membership. This does not include car parking or Guest badges.
Absent Friend of HWR 2025 (£35)
Even if you are unable to attend the Regatta, you can be an Absent Friend and continue supporting future generations of rowers. This will ensure you receive updates and are kept abreast of developments.
Additional Friend Guest Tickets 2025 (£25 per person per day)
Annual and Lifetime Friends who wish to bring more than one guest into the Chairman’s Enclosure may purchase up to two additional guest tickets per day.
Book lunch and afternoon tea
Friends and their guests can book lunches and/or afternoon tea during the regatta. Afternoon tea can be served in the clubhouse or as a :Lawn Box’ to enjoy at one of the tables on the ‘mound seating 4 people’, overlooking the course. Tables on the mound must be booked in advance. Book parking at Remenham Club
Friends and Lifetime Friends of HWR can book parking at Remenham Club, the home of the Chairman’s Enclosure, for £10 per day. Friends are encouraged to book early as spaces are limited and always sell out quickly.
Parking will also be available in the main Regatta Car Park, towards the start. Bookings for this will open closer to the time of the regatta.
