On behalf of the committee, welcome to Henley Women’s Regatta.
Overseas competitors have elevated the levels of competition at the regatta since the beginning, and are a vital part of the regatta experience.

Entry Process

Contact our entries team entries@hwr.org.uk as soon as you know that you plan to enter the regatta, We can help you through the process and assist with your queries.

Entries to the regatta are made on the British Rowing Online Entry system (BROE) and each club needs to enter their own crews.

Scottish, Irish and other overseas (non-British Rowing) clubs do not have to be affiliated to British Rowing but must use BROE to make their entries.

Registering on the system and making entries is a straightforward process involving four steps:

1. Registering on the system
2. The club administrator (typically the coach) sets up the club in BROE
3  Each competitor registers in BROE
4. The club administrator enters the crew in BROE
5. The entry fee is paid in BROE

Instructions and contact information to complete the registration process are here:

Please register as early as possible to allow time to complete the process, remembering that every competitor needs to register on the system before entries can be made. The entry process and payment need to be complete before the close of entry (see Regatta Rules clause 4.2). Entries CANNOT be made after this date and any unpaid entries will NOT be accepted.

Please note that the last Monday in May is a bank holiday in the UK and British Rowing staff will not be at work that day to assist with the entry process.
