Entry Process

Contact our entries team entries@hwr.org.uk as soon as you know that you plan to enter the regatta, We can help you through the process and assist with your queries.

Entries to the regatta are made on the British Rowing Online Entry system (BROE) and each club needs to enter their own crews.

Scottish, Irish and other overseas (not affiliated to British Rowing) clubs do not have to be affiliated to British Rowing but must use BROE to make their entries.

This requires a straightforward 4-step process:

  • If your club is not already set up on BROE, the club administrator (usually the coach) should contact competitions@BritishRowing.org and ask for it to be set up.
  • Each competitor registers in BROE
  • The club administrator enters the crew in BROE
  • The entry fee is paid in BROE.

Please register as early as possible to allow time to complete the process, remembering that every competitor needs to register on the system before entries can be made. The entry process and payment need to be complete before the close of entry (see Regatta Rules clause 4.2). Entries CANNOT be made after this date and any unpaid entries will NOT be accepted.

Please note that the last Monday in May is a bank holiday in the UK and British Rowing staff will not be at work that day to assist with the entry process.
